The cottages have been awarded a Silver Rating for their “inviting,
pleasing accommodations that are tastefully decorated and feature
quality furnishings and contemporary kitchens and baths.”
The average guest rating during 2002 was '4.5 out of 5' with 5
= 'Excellent'and 4 = 'Very Good'. While a 4.5 rating is an accomplishment
for our first year of operation, we're working especially hard to
earn all 5's!
I wanted to write you a quick note to say thank you for your help last week- putting us up in Plumbago at the last minute was a real life saver, as we were getting a bit panicked. The villa was absolutely beautiful as well -you truly have a lovely resort and we enjoyed every minute of our stay there. Jennifer and I got engaged during our stay, so it was a truly special vacation. All the best.

enjoyed ourselves last week in Longboat Key! The cottage was very nice and
we felt like we were "home" with all the personal touches you and Molly have
in it. The guest services staff was also helpful and everything was
ready when we arrived at the office.
It was a very relaxing week and the weather was perfect! Thanks for the
recommendation for the bike rentals; they were very helpful and delivered
and picked up with no problems.

sun. The whole family had
a great time. The boys (14
and 17) were off
at the beach swimming and collecting
shells. They love fishing
and found a great charter
fishing cruise at the Sarasota
Yacht
Club. We even dropped them off at St.Armands
Circle for the afternoon
and they met and formed friendships
with other teens. Joe and
I relaxed with a drink around
the pool. We love the BBQ’s
since Joe is our master chef…grilled Snapper..yum! The gardens
are looking beautiful. It’s nice
to have everything nearby. Save us a
spot for next year!

Thanks for a great getaway from the regular routine. Though I'm
only a couple hours away, Longboat Key is so beautiful and peaceful
– it was a perfect escape. The villas are much larger and
more spacious than they appear in the pictures. High ceilings
and plenty of windows – and just a short stroll over to
the beach. The gardens and pool area are absolutely charming.
Next time I'll need to stay longer!
